I grew up near San Francisco and so once I got a camera, the Golden Gate Bridge was one of my favorite spots to shoot. I would drag my friends out at night into the cold and windy mountains of the Marin Headlands for hours while I shot long exposure photos.

I have shot photos in San Francisco countless times, sometimes during the day and sometimes at night.

My favorite types of photography are nighttime long-exposure photographs.

I love long-exposure because it captures images that a human can never see by bending both time and light into a single frame.

The fog also never fails to make an appearance almost every time I go and try to take photos in the city.
